  • Bonjour,

      We wensen je een fijne vakantie in Lissabon,

    • Hi Nicole, if you have purchased the Lisboa Card only, you do not need to book a time slot to enter the Palais de la Pena in Sintra. Just present your Lisboa Card at the entrance.

      If, on the other hand, you would like free access to the Palais de la Pena, you can purchase the Lisboa Card + Palais de la Pena option.

      In this case,
      - Select the date you wish to start using your Lisboa-Sintra Pass. This date will be used for your Sintra and Lisbon Audio Guide App;
      - Select the quantity of tickets and the period of validity of the Lisboa Card (24h, 48h, 72h);
      - Select the date and time to visit the Park and the da Pena Palace;
      - Select the date from which you wish to collect the Lisboa Card (although the card is only activated on first use).

      Note: Lisboa Card + Pena Palace allows you to visit each attraction at your convenience. The only thing to keep in mind is that you must select the Lisboa Card for the desired period of 24h, 48h or 72h, which is only activated on first use (transport or attraction).

      As for the train to Sintra, that is correct, you only need to enter the train with an active Lisboa Card.

      Best regards,
      Andrea

    Pour un séjour de 5 ou 6 jours à Lisbonne, que suggérez vous. La carte Lisboa ne semble être valide que pour un maximum de 72 heures .

    • Bonjour Micheline, je vous recommande d'acheter la Lisboa Card si vous décidez de visiter les attractions (payantes) en 3 jours. Les 2 autres jours, vous pouvez explorer Lisbonne ou visiter les attractions gratuitement.

  • Hi Andrea
    We first used our card on the 1st @11am & bought the 48 hours Lisbon card. Are they strict about the 48 hours? We thought of using it the last time for our bus ride but it will be at 2pm.

  • Hi Andrea
    Was wondering if the Lisbon card is strict with the timing? We started using the card at 11am (48 hours) and were hoping to use the card one last time at 2pm. Is this possible?
